Curing Rates in a One-Week Period
PRO-COAT PREMIUM RADCOAT® is and aliphaic UV Waterbourne urethane exclusively designed for on-site heavy commercial applications, where down times are limited. Because of new polymerization technology this chemistry yields a product with excellent scuff, scratch, and abrasion resistance. RADCOAT® is formulated for use as a protective wear layer on Commercial, Residential, and Sport Flooring.
Recommended Systems
Newly sanded floor; I coat Splash Down Wood Sealer with 1-2 coats of Radcoat® directly to wood. Coating over stains- allow stain to dry per manufacturer’s conditions. Apply 1 coat Splash Down™ with 1-2 coats Radcoat® directly over stain, or 2-4 coats Radcoat® direct to stain. A test area is recommended in insure compatibility with stain. Recoating existing surfaces abrade with conditioning pad and apply 1-2 coats Radcoat®. When recoating existing surfaces compatibility must be determined by applicator.
